Service Description
Put the final touches on your booked event. This service is for clients who have already signed a contract and are ready to select their menu, cake, and/or plates. We will also go over the flow of your event from start to finish to make sure everything stays true to your itinerary.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please call us or email us 24 hours in advance of cancellation. Walkthroughs require significant preparation. We’re turning on lighting throughout the property (one by one), opening multiple areas, and getting the venue ready so you can see it at its best. If you’re going to cancel, we understand—just call or text immediately. No-shows waste a large amount of time and work that can’t be recovered.
