Service Description
This appointment type is for contracted clients only and is reserved for guests who need to come in and make a payment on an existing contract. For new inquiries or tours, please select the appropriate walk-through.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please call us or email us 24 hours in advance of cancellation. Walkthroughs require significant preparation. We’re turning on lighting throughout the property (one by one), opening multiple areas, and getting the venue ready so you can see it at its best. If you’re going to cancel, we understand—just call or text immediately. No-shows waste a large amount of time and work that can’t be recovered.
